Healthier "Turtles"

Ingredients
- 20 pitted dates- 1/3 cup walnuts coarsely chopped- 200 grams dark chocolate, melted- 2/3 cup ground almonds
Directions
- make a small slit into each date
- stuff each date with some walnuts
- cover stuffed dates with melted chocolate
- roll in the ground almonds to cover
- refrigerate and serve later after choclate has set

note: the calories were calculated using 1/2 cup of ground almonds as that is the amount that is actually used to coat the "turtles". However using 2/3 cup of ground almonds in the bowl will help to make the coating easier. You can add the extra ground almonds into another recipe later
