Pot Roast

Ingredients
1 3lb pot roast1 envelope carb friendly lipton onion soup mix1 can cream of mushroom soup1 T worcestershire sauce1 pound mini carrots2 onions, cut into 6 wedges each.
Directions
Put pot roast in a large oven safe pot with cover. Mix soups and worcestershire together, spread over pot roast. Surround pot roast with vegetables.

Sprinklevegetables with more worcestershire and red wine, or a little water, or beef broth.

Cover with lid.

Bake at 325 for 2 1/2 hours.
