Grilled Chicken Penne Al Fresco (Pampered Chef)

Ingredients
8 garlic cloves or 3-4 tsp of Garlic Garlic from "Tastesfully Simple"2 Cups Grape or Cherry Tomatoes4 cups uncooked mezze penne pasta4 cups chicken broth3/4 cup dry white wine such as Chardonnay1/2 tsp each salt and pepper1/4 cup lightly packed fresh basil or parsley (divided)1/4 cup basil pesto2 oz Parmesan or Asiago cheese - grated (about 1.2 cup packed)2 cups diced grilled checken breasts (approx 2-3 boneless/skinless)Additional grated fresh parmesan cheese and coarsley ground pepper.
Directions
Spray deep baking dish with Olive Oil, sprinkle with Garlic Garlic seasoning from Tastfully Simple. Add tomatoes, Cover, Nuke on high 4-5 minutes until tomatoes begin to burst, stirring after 2 minutes. Crush tomatoes, add pasta broth, wine, salt and pepper. Add sliced/cubed chicken, return to microwave, cover and nuke on high 16-18 minutes or until pasta is tender, stirring after 10 minutes. Chop basil, reserve 2 tbsp for garnish. Grate Parmesan Cheese.
Carefully remove lid added the minced basil, the basil pesto, and parmesan cheese to baker, mix well. Garnish with reserved 2 tbsp basil, additional Parmesan cheese and pepper.
