Pumpkin Oatmeal Bars

- 3 cups oats- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon- 2 egg white- 1/2 cup pumpkin- 1/2 peanut butter- 1 cup banana slices- 1/4 cup melted butter- 1/3 chopped almonds
- grind 1/2 oats in food processor
- mix with rest of oats and cinnamon
- beat egg white until frothy
- add pumpkin and combine, then add peanut butter and combine
- mash or puree banana, and add to liquids
- add oats to liquid and combine
- add desired extras
