Low Fat Sugar Cookies

Directions
1 cup sugar1/3 cup olive oil or vegetable oil1 T. vanilla2 egg whites2 1/2 c. flour1/2 t. salt1/2 t. baking soda1/4 c. milk
Whisk together first four ingredients. Stir in remaining ingredients until thoroughly mixed. Chill at least 1 hour. Roll out on floured surface to 1/8th inch thick. Cut with cookie cutters. Place on non-fat cooking sprayed cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned. Nutritional analysis calculated on 30 servings.
