Bocconcini Stuffed Turkey Meatballs

1 lb of Ground Fresh Turkey (you can also use a beef & pork mixture)3 minced garlic cloves 1 1/2 tsb of your favorite garlic/italian seasoning1 1/2 tsb of oregano or your favorite herb (perhaps basil)3/4 cup of bread crumbs (seasoned if you'd like)1 egg10 mini bocconcini balls
Once you have mixed all of the items (except for the bocconcini) together, take a small amount and form a little patty in your hand. Place a bocconcini ball inside of it and wrap the rest of the meat around it forming a seal. Spread out on a greased (or use parchment paper) shallow sided baking sheet and bake at 425 for 25-30 mins
