Salmon marinade

Ingredients

1/3 cup canola oil1/3 cup water1/3 cup lite soy sauce1/3 cup brown sugarSalmon filletsLemon pepper, to tasteGarlic powder, to taste
Season salmon with lemon-pepper and garlic powder, to taste.
Mix oil, water, soy sauce and brown sugar so sugar dissolves.
Pour over up to 1.5 pounds of salmon fillets in large ziploc baggie.
Marinade two hours or longer if you can. I make it the night before and let it sit until I get home the next day.
Grill salmon 6-10 minutes or until flaky.
Serving Size: makes 21 tablespoons or 10.5 servings
