1 c. uncooked wild rice (rinse & boil several times)16 oz. chicken breast, cut into 1" pieces1 med. onion, chopped1/2 c. celery, chopped1 can (10-3/4 oz.) Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Chicken Soup1 can (10-3/4 oz.) Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup1 can (10-3/4 oz.) Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Celery Soup1 bag uncooked frozen peas and carrots (10 0z.)
Mix chicken, onion, celery & simmer. Add wild rice, soups and peas & carrots.
Bake 1-1/2 hrs. @ 350 degrees
May add other vegetables too, but not counted in with the recipe calculation.
