6-8 medium thick pork chopsCanola Oil1 (10 oz.) can Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup3 Tbsp. Ketchup1 Tbsp. Worstershire1 medium onion, finely chopped
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Brown chops in a little oil in skillet, season with salt and pepper and place drained chops in a shallow baking dish.
Combine soup, ketchup, worstershire and onion in saucepan, heat just enough to mix and pour over pork chops.
Cover and bake 35 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional15 minutes. Serves 6-8.
