Pumpkin Smoothie

Ingredients
1 small banana1 cup almond milk1/2 cup pumpkin1 tbsp agave nectar or brown sugar or honey1/2 tsp cinnamon2 tbsp chia seeds1/2 vanilla extract
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a blender until smooth. If you wish you may add ice cubes. I use frozen bananas.

You may also use chocolate almond/soy milk.
