Diane's vegetable soup

Ingredients
5 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Carrots, raw 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 1 leek Leeks 2 tbsp Parsley 500 Red Potato 1 cup Sorrel, fresh (by SMOXIE) 10 cup Beef broth, bouillon, consomme 2 serving V8 Vegetable Juice Cocktail (8 oz) 0.5 cup Beans, red kidney 3 tsp Curcuma moulu (by ANAELLE) 3 tbsp Chervil, dried
Directions
Wash and prepare all the vegetables, cut in pieces and put in the pot with th water. Bring to a boil and let simmer for 30 minutes. Use a blender to puree the soup. You can add grated cheese when serving.
