2 c. Short Grain Brown Rice (soaked overnight)1 c. Mung Beans (soaked overnight)*Canola Oil, 1 tbspSalt, .5 tspGranulated Sugar, .5 tsp
Steam mung beans in steamer for 25-30 minutes. Transfer to baking sheet lined with foiled and mash well with a fork. Pour into a large bowl and add uncooked brown rice, salt, sugar, and oil. Steam in batches for 30 minutes, until rice is tender. Fluff and serve.
