Sweet and Spicy Butternut Squash

1 small squash, cut in half and seeds removed (Butternut, acorn, or any small hard shelled squash work fine)1 Tbsp Olive Oil1 Tbsp Maple Syrup1 Tsp Hot Sauce
Preheat oven to 400
Place squash face down on baking sheet in 1/4 cup of water
Bake for approx. 30 min
Mix Olive Oil, Maple Syrup and Hot Sauce (to taste) together.
Turn squash face up, brush with Maple mixture,
Cook for additional 30 min or until squash is soft.
Serving Size: 4 quarter squash servings
