Rum Kugeln

Ingredients
100 g Unsalted butter (soft)150 g Powdered Sugar200 g Dark Chocolate1 Pkg of Vanilla Sugar2 Tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa½ Tbsp Instant Coffee100 g Almond Meal (ground Almonds)2 Tbsp Rum
Directions
Cream butter & sugar. Add Vanilla Sugar. Meanwhile melt chocolate in double boiler. Cream cocoa w/ butter & sugar. Add Rum, mix until “doughy”. Add chocolate to mixture (chocolate should be cooled first to be same temp as dough). Use teaspoon to size dough and roll into balls. Immediately roll in “real” (non-parafin wax) chocolate sprinkles.
