3/4 lb Hamburger1/4 c chopped onion1/2 c chopped fresh mushrooms1 can diced tomatoes2 cans whole Potatoes2 cans carrots2 cans beef broth2 c frozen corn1 1/2 c frozen Broccoli1 package frozen snap peas1/4 c flour
Brown the hamburger in a skillet and add the onions and mushrooms. When browned, drain off grease and discard. Meanwhile, in a large pot pour potatoes, carrots, tomatoes, beef broth, corn, broccoli, and snap peas. When the hamburger is brown and the onions and mushrooms are soft add to pot that holds the other ingredients. When the soup has cooked through scoop out about a cup of the juice and pour in a small skillet slowly add in the flour to this juice while constantly stirring with a whisk. when smooth and thick pour back into the soup pot and stir it in to add a little thickening to the pot...enjoy...
