Veggie Soup

Ingredients
1 large head fresh cabbage1 large head fresh cauliflower1/2 cup parmesean cheese16 cups water16 packets herb ox no sodium chicken bouilon1 cup instant potatoe flakes1 red sweet red pepperseasonings to taste bay leaves, minced garlic, ground cayenne, italian seasoning, dried minced onions, crushed red pepper
Directions
place rough chopped cabbage, and cauliflower, chicken boullion water and red pepper and seasonings in a large stock pot. bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer for 90 mins. stir occasionally. While still in stock pot mix with hand mixer to desired thickness. add parmesean cheese and potatoe flakes to slightly thicken.
