Lemon Spaghetti for One

1 tbsp. Olive Oil1 tbsp. fresh Lemon Juice1/8 cup freshly grated Parmesan2 oz. whole wheat Spaghetti
Cook spaghetti in boiling, salted water for 9-11 minutes. In serving bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon juice and cheese. When pasta is cooked, reserve cooking water, drain, and add to bowl. Mix well, adding pasta water if necessary. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with chopped parsley and lemon zest. Serve
