Ingredients:Peanut Butter, smooth style, 1 cupWater, tap, 12 cup (8 fl oz)Lentils, 5 cupChicken Thigh, 1 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook*ASDA Green Thai Curry Paste, .33 tbspBasil, 3 tbspCarrots, raw, .5 cup, chopped*Cellery, Raw -1 Stalk, large (11" - 12" long) (64g), 1 stalk dicedIndian, Aromatic Basmati Rice, 1 cup*Soy Sauce, 1 individual packet*Dried Onion Flakes, 3 tbsp
Boil the water, peanut butter, curry paste, basil, carrots, cellery, chicken, and onion for 30 minutes
Add the lentils and rice.
Cook for 45-60 minutes longer. Add soy sauce at the end of the cooking time.
