Bacon & Swiss Quiche

Ingredients
1/2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream6 medium slices Bacon, cooked1 cup Swiss Cheese, shredded1 Onions, raw, chopped3 Eggs, large1 Pie crust, frozen or refregerated dough1/2 teaspoon of salt1/8 teaspoon of pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Fry six pieces of bacon and set aside. Drain some of the bacon fat. Caramelize sweet onion in the remainder bacon fat. Mix eggs, cream, milk, cheese, onion, and bacon with 1/2 tsp of salt and 1/8 teaspoon of pepper. Pour the ingredients into the pie shell.
Bake for 45 minutes. Can be served with breakfast or at dinner. Delicous. Enjoy!
