Apple Crisp with Cranberries and Beam

8 Apples pared and sliced1/2 cup of fresh cranberries1 cup of sugar2 Tbs flour1 tsp cinnamon2 oz of Red Stag1 cup flour1 cup oatmeal1 cup brown sugar, packed1/2 cup melted butter
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Place the pared and sliced apples and cranberries in the bottom of a 13 x 9 or a deep 3 quart cassarole dish. In a small bowl, combine the white sugar, flour and cinnamon. Sprinkle over the apples. Pour Red Stag (or water, but how fun is that?) over the sugar/apples.
In a medium bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and crumble over the apples. Bake in oven for 45 minutes.
Serving Size: makes about 10 servings
