Pulled Pork

Ingredients
Pork tenderloin, BBQ sauce, onion, red pepper, water
Directions
In slow cooker, add water, pork tenderloin, chopped onions and chopped red peppers, cover with BBQ sauce.

Put cover on and cook on high 3 to 4 hours depending on your slow cooker.

Turn slow cooker to low take meat out and shred I use 2 forks to do the job.

Place meat back into slow cooker and mix into sauce.

Serve on a bun or wrap, add coleslaw for a yummy topper.
