ngredients: Chicken Breast, no skin, already cook and minced Best Choice Instant White Rice, 1 cup Carrots, raw, 2 large *Potato, raw, 3 small peelled and cut in chonks Red Ripe Tomatoes, 3 medium whole (or a can of whole tomatoes) blended / liquified *Bullion - Chicken 2 Cubes Water 10 cupsAdd an Ingredient
Directions
boil the water, add salt and pepper to taste
Add the bleded tomatoes and vegetables
let boil and add the instant rice and chicken
cover and let boil again.

Taste for seasoning and it is done.

You can eat it with chips as tortilla soup,

note: instead of chicken you can add meatballs.
