Rachael Ray pan fried potato

Ingredients
3 slices of bacon1-2lbs of potato
Directions
Cut each potato in half lengthwise, then each half in wedges. Dice up bacon, fry and then remove (set aside). Fry the potato in same pan. Cook for 3-4 min. Lower heat and put a aluminum foil tent, cook for 3-5 min more. Flip the potato and raise the heat again and continue to cook for 3-5 min.
