Quick Chicken and Squash Penne

Ingredients
Chicken Thigh, 1 thigh, bone and skin removed --diced Chicken Drumstick, 6 drumstick, bone and skin removed --diced Chicken Broth, 1 cup (8 fl oz) Garlic, 6 cloves Summer squash, 1 cup, chopped *Zuccini Squash, 1 cup , chopped Onions, raw, .3 cup, chopped or slivered *Whole Wheat Penne (dry), 8 oz Olive Oil, 3 tbsp Salt and Pepper to taste Herbs de Provance (About a Tbsp, to taste)
Directions
Place chopped onion, both squashes, garlic, oil and herbs/salt/pepper in a large saute pan and cook, stirring occasionally until squash begins to get soft. Meanwhile, debone and chop chicken, and add to saute pan with veggies and pour in the chicken stock. Let this mixture cook down on low, with a lid while the pasta cooks. Once pasta is done, drain and add to saute pan. Toss pasta to coat and mix well. Test seasoning, serve.
