Red kidney beans burgers

Ingredients
Beans, red kidney, 2 cup rolled oats, Quaker,0.25 cup Sunflower seeds, hulled raw, 0.25 cup Bulgar, 2/3 cup, preparedwhole wheat flour 1/4 cupOnions, raw, .25 cup, finely chopped Egg, fresh, 1 large Sauce Soya, low sodium, 1 tbsp Steak seasoning, 1 tbspBread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, .25 cup
Directions
Preheat oven at 350 F

Prepare bulgur: 1/3 cup dry, soak in a bowl with about a cup of boiling water. Cover with a plate and let stand.
Lightly mash beans and sunflower seeds. Sieve bulgur to take out as much water as possible.Add remaining ingredients except bread crumbs.

Form into 5-6 patties, roll into bread crumbs.
Place on oiled baking sheet.

Bake in 350 F oven on oiled cookie sheet for 20 minutes.
Flip over after 15 minutes and continue baking.
