1 cup Silk Light Vanilla Soy Milk1 scoop EAS AdvantEdge Sou Protein Powder1 banana, broken in pieces and frozen3 ice cubes
Freeze banana chunks beforehand. Put soy milk, soy powder, frozen banana chunks and ice cubes in Ninja and process until well blended, thick and frothy. Enjoy!
If dividing in half, put remainder in freezer to use later.
