Cranberry Walnut Bread

2 cups chopped apples3/4 cup white sugar/or Splenda2 tble. canola oil1 egg1 1/2 cup flour1 1/2 tea. baking powder1/2 tes. baking soda1 tea. ground cinnamon1 cup dried cranberries1/2 cup walnuts
Pre-heat oven to 350. Grease 9x5 bread pan. Stir apples, sugar, and oil in a bowl. Mix well. In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon. Stir flour mixture into apple mixture. Stir in berries and nuts. Spread batter into lightly greased pan. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. ENJOY!!
