1 1/2 Tbsp yeast1 1/2 Tbsp salt3 cups warm water6 cups flour (add a little each time you make a loaf)
Mix and let sit in refrig for at least 2 hours. Then grab a grapefruit size ball (add a little flour as it will be sticky), let rise 30-40 minutes. Bake 15-20 minutes @425. Cut vents in top if desired. Steam if desired
