Heidi's Crockpot Pumpkin Pie Pudding

Ingredients
One 15oz can pumpkin12-0z can evaporated skim milk1/3 cup splenda1/2 cup bisquick2 eggs or 6 egg whites2 tsp pumpkin pie spice1 tsp lemon juice
Directions
Combine all ingredients in crockpot. Stir until lumps are gone. Cover and cook on low for 3 hours. Can be served warm or cold.
