Jamie Olivers Chocolate Fudge Cake

100g dark chocolate, broken into pieces60g sugar (brown)1tbsp cocoa powder50g almonds85g margarine75g flour2 large free range eggs1 small fudge finger / 25g fudge
put all chocolate, broken, almonds, half cocoa, marg, sugar, into food processor and blitz until smooth
Add flour and eggs and blitz again
grease tin (add remainder of cocoa to greased tin) then add mixture and press pieces of fudge into top.
Bake at gas 2 (140 degrees fan) for 45 minutes
I think it could have done with a little less cooking
Serve hot - add plain yogurt - yum
