English Muffin Bread

Ingredients
3 cups AP Flour1 package yeast2 tablespoons sugar1 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon baking soda1 cup milk3/4 cup waterCornmeal, for sprinkling
Directions
Heat water and milk to 120 degrees
Add to mixture of dry ingredients and beak for 5 minutes to make a stiff dough
Let rest for 10 minutes, then pour into greased baking pan sprinkled with corn meal. Pan should be about 1/2 full. Let rise 20 minutes or so until pan full. Bake at 400 degrees for about 30 minutes.
