White Bean Burger

Ingredients
2 cans white beans, drained and rinsed1.5 c carrots, chopped1 c onion, chopped3-4 garlic cloves, minced1/4 - 1/2 bell pepper, chopped1/8 - 1/4 c banana peppers, chopped1/4 c tahini2 TBSP nutritional yeast2 TBSP parsley flakes2 TBSP oregano1 TBSP basil1 TBSP Mrs. Dash Chipotle Seasoning or chili powderSatl & Pepper to taste
Directions
Sautee onions, garlic, carrots, bell pepper until tender (about 5 mintutes). Add a little water to the pan if items are dry. (Bell peppers may emit enough water to sautee.) Add seasonings and stir.

Add half of beans to large bowl and mash. Add veggies, remaining beans, banana peppers, and nutritional yeast. Stir to combine.

Scoop large amount of mixture and roll into a bowl. Place in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray and flatten into burger shape.

Brown on each side and heat through until center of burgers is warm.

Freezes well.
