Tuna and Avocado Pita Pocket

Ingredients
Avocado Iceberg LettuceSpinachRomaine LettuceCanned tuna Whole wheat pita pocket
Directions
1) wash the lettuce and salad thouroughly
2) chop the avocado in squares
3) drain the tuna and mix it in a bowl
4) mix all the ingredients except the pita together in a large bowl
5) place the ingredients in the pita pocket and if wanted put some olive oil on
6) if preffered put mayo in a small bowl beside the dish
