Mad Hungry Dark Chocolate-Peanut Butter Bars

Ingredients
4 Tbs unsalted butter6 cups mini marshmallows12 oz peanut butter6 cups puffed rice cereal2 cups mini pretzels or pretzel sticks, broken into pieces8 oz dark chocolate, chopped (or chocolate chips)
Directions
Line 9 x 13 inch baking dish with parchment & coat with nonstick cooking spray.
Melt butter in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add marshmallows & PB to pot & cook, stirring occasionally, until mixture is melted & beginning to bubble, about 3 mins.
Remove pot from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients until well combined. Transfer to prepared baking dish & smooth top using a spatula. Cool to room temp.
Use parchment to lift bars from baking dish. Transfer to cutting board & cut into squares to serve.
