No Egg Apple Muffins

Ingredients
1/ 3/4 C. All Purpose Flour1/2 C. Granulated Sugar2 tsp Baking Powder1 tsp. Baking Soda1/2 tsp Cream Of Tartar1 apple chopped fine1/4 c. non fat vanilla yogurt1/4 c. canola oil Cinnamon, Cardamom, Nutmeg to taste
Directions
Combine all dry ingredients and apples. Mix yogurt, milk and oil together. Add to dry ingredients and gently stir to combine. Drop by spoonfuls into prepared muffin cups. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 minutes. Makes 12
