Daisy's Steamed Chicken Drumsticks

Ingredients
16 oz Gold'n Plump All Natural Chicken Drumsticks6 slices Ginger Root1 dash Black Pepper1 dash Salt1 gram Sesame Oil1 tbsp Michiu Distilled Spirit of Rice
Directions
Clean and rinse chicken drumsticks. Place them in a ceramic plate. Clean ginger root by brushing off sand under the faucet. Line ginger roots slices on top of chicken drumsticks. Sprinkle a dash of pepper and followed by a dash of salt. Add in just a drop or two of sesame oil. Last add in the Michiu distilled spirit of rice which is a Chinese cooking wine.
After the steamer comes to a boil, steam it for 15 to 20 minutes depending size of drumsticks.
