Black Bean & Corn Salad

Ingredients
2 Tbls- Balsamic Vinegar2 tbsp- Olive Oil1/2 tsp- Salt1/2 tsp-Granulated White Sugar1/2 tsp-Black Pepper1/2 tsp-Ground Cumin1/2 tsp-Chili Powder3- Tbls Cilantro (fresh)1 Can- Yellow Sweet Corn- drained1 15 oz. can- Black Beans- drained and rinsed1/2 cup green, red or yellow peppers1/2 cup- Red Ripe Tomatoes1/4 cup- Red Onion
Directions
In small bowl mix vinegar, oil, salt, sugar, black pepper, cumin & chii powder. Set aside.
Drain & rinse black beans. Chop peppers, tomato, cilantro & onion.
In large bowl add black beans, corn, peppers, tomato, cilantro & onion. Toss w/ vinegar mixture. Garnish with cilantro. Cover & refrigerate overnight.
