Apple Glazed Baby Carrots

Ingredients
3 cups baby carrots1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 tablespoon light margarine3 tablespoons frozen apple juice concentrate 1 cup chicken broth, , fat-free, salt-free 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 2 teaspoons cornstarch 1 teaspoon water
Directions
1. Steam the carrots, covered, for 3 minutes.

2. Sprinkle with lemon juice.

3. Melt the margarine in a medium skillet using medium heat.

4. Add the apple juice concentrate and heat until it melts.

5. Add the broth and cinnamon and bring to a boil.

6. Mix the cornstarch and the water together

7. Add to the skillet, lower the heat, and cook until the ingredients are thickened. Add the carrots and toss well to coat.
