Decadent Pumpkin Spice Muffins

Ingredients
3.5 Cups of All-purpose flour Or Gluten free flour1.5 Tsp Xanthan Gum (only if making g-free)1 Tsp Baking Powder1 Tbs Ground Nutmeg1 Tbs Ground Cinnamon1Tbs Ground allspice2 Cups Pumpkin pure1/2 Cup white sugar1/2 Cup Brown sugar1/2 Cup Apple sauce1 Cup Fat free Vanilla yogurt2 Eggs +2 Egg whites
Directions
Preheat Oven to 350* Line two 12 cup muffin tins with paper muffin liners.

In a meduim bown, mix flower, baking soda, xanthan gum, nutmeg, allspice, cinnamon, and cloves.

In a larger bowl, beat together the pumpkin, sugars, applesauce, yogurt and eggs,

blend the flour mixture into wet ingredients slowly.

Transfer into prepared muffin pans. Bake for 16-18 minutes
