Wicked Wingettes

Ingredients
2 packages of chicken wingettes (appr. 2 lbs.)1 clove of garlic1/2 cup of water1/2 cup of soy sauce (may use low sodium)1/2 cup sugar (may use sugar substitute)1 tbls. lemon juice1/2 cup loosly packed brown sugar
Directions
boil all ingredients except, brown sugar and chicken.
pour mixture over chicken and marinate overnight

Bake for 1 hour @ 350 degrees but turn chicken after 30 minutes

Sprinkle brown sugar over chicken and bake 20 more minutes @ 300 degrees

Serves approximately 15
