Refreshing Winter Salad

Ingredients
4 cups (or more) shredded red cabbage2 apples (or more) cored apples (I like Fuji)3 carrots (or more) carrots, peeled3 TBSP (or to taste) Kraft Light Raspberry VinaigretteOPTIONAL: Top with a few flax seeds or chopped pecans for more "crunch"
Directions
Peel the carrots and core the apples. Shred them along with the cabbage in a big bowl. (This is easier and faster if done in a food processor.) Drizzle salad dressing over the mixture and gently toss. If desired, you can top with flax seeds or pecans for more crunch. I love, love, love this salad for a refreshing, satisfying snack.
