1 lb. venison burger1 med. onion3 med. green peppers2 med. banana peppers1 jalapeno pepper12 med. red ripe tomatoes1 tsp. sea salt1 tblsp onion powder1 tblsp. garlic powder2 tblsp. cumin powder
Using a blender or food proccesor liquidfy all of the onions and peppers add to 5 quart pan along with the venison. Next liquidfy half the tomatoes and dice the rest add to the 5 quart pan after the meat has cooked. Next add all of the spices and simmer for at least 1 hour to thicken and flavor to set in.
