Lemon Garlic Sauce

Ingredients
3 tbsp unsalted butter1 tbsp olive oil8 cloves garlic (adjust for your taste)1 tsp lemon juiceRed pepper flakes (as much or little as you'd like)Sprinkle of dried parsley
Directions
Mince garlic (or use press). On low heat, melt butter into olive oil, add garlic and saute for 3-4 minutes until it is soft..but not browned! Add red pepper flakes, dried parsley, and lemon juice. Saute for 1-2 more minutes to combine flavors. *spoon on top of fish or chicken and bake until cooked through.

Serving Size: Enough for 4 tilapia fillets
