Low-sugar whipped icing

Ingredients
1 8 oz tub of Cool Whip1 8 oz package cream cheese, room temperature1/2 cup powdered sugar
Directions
Allow both cool whip and cream cheese to come to room temperature.

Whip together cool whip and cream cheese with an electric blender until smooth.

Add powdered sugar and whip until smooth for additional firmness.

Frost cake.

Serving Size: depends on size of cake slices. Mine was 25 servings for bite size pieces with 1/2 inch icing on top
