Quinoa-Salmon Burger

3-4 green onions1 large handful of fresh cilantro or parsley1-2 tsps lemon zest1tsp Herbamarefreshly ground black pepper1 lbs wild salmon, skinned and de-boned1 cup quinoa
Cook quinoa (follow directions on package). Skin and de-bone your salmon and then mix all together in a food processor. Make into patties and grill.
