Healthy Peanut Butter Balls

Ingredients
1 cup Honey1 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter3 cups old fashioned or quick oats2 Tbsp wheat germ1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Roll into 1" balls and place on wax paper lined cookie sheet. Freeze until chilled then store in a baggie in the fridge. Makes approx 60 1" balls.
