CL - Bacon and Cheddar Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
Salt, .25 tspPepper, black, .25 tsp2 slices bacon oscar mayer center cut bacon-cooked and crumbledSargento Classic Sharp Cheddar Fancy Shredded Natural Cheese, .5 cup Daisy Light Sour Cream, 1 tbsp Scallions, raw, 0.25 cup, choppedMilk, 2%, .5 cup1 1/4 LBS Baking potatoes, 567 grams - peeled and cubed
Directions
Place potato in a saucepan, and cover with water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 15 minutes or until tender.

Drain and return potato to pan. Add cheese and milk; mash to desired consistency. Cook 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring constantly. Add onions and remaining ingredients, stirring to combine.
