Cheddar Cheese Puffs

Butter, salted, 1 stick (remove) *Flour, white, 1 cup (remove) Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove) Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup, shredded (remove) Egg, fresh, 4 large (remove)
Bring water and butter to a boil. Add flour all at once and stir rapidly. Remove from heat and continue stirring until a soft dough has formed. Let it cool for a few minutes (enough that the eggs won't cook when they hit the pan) then mix in the eggs. Add the cheese and mix to combine. Place small drops onto parchment lined baking sheet and cook at 45 for 20 minutes.
