1/2 Lb. Small Red Potatoes2 Cups Water1/4 Cup Self Rising Flour1/2 Cup Milk1 Pat ButterSalt & Pepper to taste
Wash and remove any spots from potatoes. Place in a medium sauce pan and cover with water. Boil until almost tender. Place flour in a small mixing bowl and wisk in milk until the consistency of a thick pancake batter. Add half of the potato water to the mixing bowl. Wisk until lump free. Add into sauce pan stirring constantly. Add butter and remaining milk. Gravy should be consistency of pancake batter. Add salt and pepper to taste.
