Ingredients
2 medium apples4 tbs smart balance buttery spread1 trader joes 100 cal pack oatmeal choc chip cookiesCinnamon to tasteStevia to taste
Directions
Melt spread in pan until liquified
Crush 100 cal pack cookies in bag until completely crushed
Add above ingredients and cinnamon and stevia to taste
Arrange apples in baking dish
Pour mixture over apples
Bake at 350 covered until apples are soft
Brown in broiler until topping is crispy
